My friend Shona's wedding was on Saturday in Simi Valley, so we drove through four hours of San Diego and L.A. traffic to get there (it should have taken less than three hours). The wedding was a lot of fun and definitely worth the drive. It was great to see the girls I hung out with in high school and it was a lot of fun to dance the night away with my hubby. He really knows how to get his groove on when he actually has the chance! A few people seemed a little surprised to see an eight month pregnant lady dancing all night, but it was definitely good for the baby that I burned a few calories for once. Byron said he danced so hard he got a side ache.

Ash! I can't believe that I will have a little niece in a month! I am so excited for you and Byron. You need to post another picture of yourself before the baby comes! I wish that I could come down, but I'll see you at Christmas. Love you!
