Byron's sister Laura came to visit a few weeks ago. We were sooo excited to have her come because it's the first time we've seen her since before her mission (she got back in March) and it was the first time she met Lila! Laura is a VERY adventurous type, and although we didn't go skydiving or white water rafting, we tried to keep her busy with more low-key adventures like the beach, hikes, etc. These are some pictures of our hike from the cliffs down to the beach at Torrey Pines State Park, near Del Mar. It's an absolutely gorgeous hike, and actually super easy, so if you're down here, you should definitely check it out. Lila loved riding with Aunt Laura in the moby wrap. It was the first time she'd been in it in a long time.
This beach was so pretty and it was nice that it wasn't very crowded since you can only get there by hiking down. Lila loved the water and didn't want daddy to stop helping her "ride" the waves in.
We had so much fun having Laura here and hope that she'll come back and visit again soon!
