We went camping with some friends from the ward. It was so much fun that I want to go camping again very very soon. Unfortunately we didn't get many pictures and I'm especially sad we didn't get any pictures of our tents. Yes, we had two tents. One for Byron, Miles, and me and one for Lila. Yes, Lila had her own tent. What a lucky two year old!
We had a delicious pancake, muffin, egg, fruit, and bacon breakfast. I made the bacon. LOTS of it.
Sidenote: Bees LOVE bacon. I don't love bees. Yikes!
We had quite a few cute kiddies there. Here's Ella, Emily, Janey, Lily (hidden in the background), Tanner, sad I can't remember her name (she was the friend of a friend), and Lila. There are a number of kids missing in this picture.
At our campsite. The Jones' were stuck between us and the Swensons. The Jones' don't have a baby, we and the Swenson's do. Poor family was stuck between dueling baby cries all night. Kristi said she could tell which baby it was by the pitch of the cry. Miles was lower and louder and Claire's was softer and higher. Sorry Jones family!
Kristi still took a picture with me, so I guess she wasn't too upset. And by the way, who looks that good camping? No, I'm not talking about me despite how great I look in that picture with an old shirt, greasy hair, and no make-up or shower, I'm talking about my beautiful friend Kristi who looks like a million bucks even while camping. How does she do it??? Dan, you are one lucky guy.

Yay! Your back to blogging...I see you got your computer back up and running. Camping was so fun! I totally want to go again and for a little longer...too much work for just one night. You sweet about saying i WAS looking good while camping...not even close but thanks for the compliment :)
