You know the song... "Make new friends but keep the old, one is silver and the other gold." Well these are some truly golden friends I have! I absolutely LOVE my middle school/ high school friends and always have so much fun when we get together. It's especially fun (and loud!) now that most of us have kids. I still have them all beat with three though... ha! Although I don't think they're actually trying to compete ; )
My gorgeous friend Shona invited us all to come to her house in Escondido since Nora was in town from Colorado. It was so fun to see our kids play together (and yes, Lila and Miles really loved Milo's stuffed animals. They might have a slight stuffed toy obsession in fact). It was super fun to meet Nora's adorable little Connor too. We always say we need to do it more often, but I really mean it this time, WE NEED TO DO IT MORE OFTEN! Can't believe we've been friends for almost 18 years... can that be right? Are we really that old???
