That's right...that little cutie with the cheerio on her face is going to be a big sister. And not just hypothetically sometime in the future. Her little brother or sister is expected to arrive sometime around January 23, 2010 to be exact. We are soooo excited and so is Lila! Look at that shocked look in her eye when we told her. I'm 12 1/2 weeks along and my long blogging hiatus was due in large part to, yes you guessed it, morning sickness, which has still yet to subside but hopefully will soon. I know a lot of you already knew Lila's big news since she just couldn't seem to keep a secret and kept accidentally telling people, but to the rest of you, now you know! Just in case math isn't your best subject, I'll let you in on the fact that they'll be 17 months apart. Pray for me!!!

Okay, I should have read your blog today before I wrote you on Facebook! How exciting is this news!!! I'm only a month ahead of you in this 2nd pregnancy thing. I hope the morning sickness subsides soon. It's no fun to be sick :( Congrats to you and your husband!
Ashley, that's great news! I did the same thing with my first two (18 months apart). It's so so great and they're best friends now. Can't wait to follow your pregnancy!

YEA! Congratulations!! Hahaha, I actually suspected as much when you were talking about puking at the zoo when we were at the beach bonfire :) I'm impressed that you kept it a secret for so long though...I have a hard time keeping the pregnancy secret for more than two hours, let along 12 weeks! That is soooo exciting!! Can't wait to hear what you're having (are you finding out??) and to throw you another fun baby shower!!

I'm so excited for you all! Good luck with the morning sickness...I was sick all the time into I think 18 or 19 weeks. Thank goodness for a little relief. How far were you with Lila before all that stopped?
