Happy Birthday Byron!

I've seen a lot of my friends create posts for their hubbies on their birthday and today is Byron's and I thought I'd take a second to do the same and let him know how much I appreciate all he does for us.  Since he's turning 25, here are 25 of the many, many reasons I love my wonderful husband (in no particular order):

1.  He is HILARIOUS and can make anyone crack up.  He's not always center of attention funny, but he's the one in the corner making everyone standing close enough to hear laugh and laugh.

2.  He's so easy to get along with and makes friends super easily, a quality I very much admire.

3.  He always makes me feel beautiful and tells me I look gorgeous even when I've 

just gotten up, my hair is greasy, and I'm wearing pj's.

4.  He is an amazing dad and is so cute when he plays with Lila.

5.  He is an incredibly hard worker and never complains even when he has to work crazy hours, a 12 hour days, or a weekend.

6.  He always does everything he can to make me feel appreciated: complimenting my cooking, thanking me for cleaning the house, etc.

7.  He has such a strong, unwavering testimony of the gospel and a desire to live righteously.

8.  He is very even-keeled and is not easily upset.  It's helped me become better at that too : )

9.  This goes along with the last one, but he helps/inspires me to become a better person.

10.  He's so fun to talk to and is always good for some intelligent conversation.

11.  He is a trivia whiz and always seems to have the answer to everything.  How does he manage to know it all???  I'm still in awe.

12.  He gets along so well with my family and has fit in perfectly from day one (7 years ago!)

13.  He loved me enough to wait for me for 18 months while I went on a mission! 

14.  I love how much he loves his family and love to hear him talking to his mom and dad on the phone all throughout the week.

15.  He's nev

er afraid to say "I'm sorry."

16.  He's a guy's guy--a great all-around athlete and a true sports fan.

17.  He's gorgeous!

18.  I always know he's willing to sacrifice anything for his family.

19.  He always drives and doesn't get mad at me for falling asleep (which I always do!)

20.  He isn't a picky eater and likes anything I cook.

21.  He's a great saver and plans for our future.

22.  He's always optimistic and expects things to turn out well.

23.  He's responsible and be counted on to get things done.

24.  He's incredibly intelligent and teaches me new things all the time.

25.  He comes up with the best inventions (Wink wink honey! It's a joke between us)

I feel so lucky to have been blessed with such an amazing eternal companion!  Thanks for all you do sweetheart... and HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
